Information collected when you contact us
When you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter:
- Name
- Email address
- Company size
- Message
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand the work you are asking about and take steps towards a possible business relationship.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where you contact us on behalf of an organization or the enquiry does not lead to a contract with you, the legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in responding to business enquiries and managing business relationships.
Providing the information is voluntary, but we cannot respond without a usable way to contact you. We do not use contact-form information for unrelated marketing unless a separate lawful basis applies.
Information processed when you visit the website
The hosting and security infrastructure processes technical request information needed to serve and protect the website. This includes an IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, referrer and security events.
The purpose is to deliver the website, maintain its availability, detect misuse and investigate technical or security incidents. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in operating a secure and reliable website.
Website analytics

We do not transfer personal data collected through this website outside the European Economic Area.
How long information is kept
- Contact enquiries: kept while we deal with the enquiry and for as long as a resulting business relationship or legal claim requires
- Hosting and security logs: kept for the period needed to investigate technical and security incidents
- Analytics information: kept in aggregate form only
We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for its purpose, unless the law requires longer retention or it is needed for legal claims.
